We are a Business To Business (B2B) supplier of hardware, software and services in the Automatic Identification (AutoID) industry.

We focus on companies and emphatically not on natural persons. We do process the data of the contact persons of our business relations. This makes business contact not only more transparent but also more personal because agreements are always made with a person within the company. We also strive for the highest satisfaction among our customers and in our opinion this can only be achieved through a personal approach.

We respect your privacy and only process your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided them and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

JNC processes your personal data for the following purposes:

We can register different contacts for your company.

For a contact person we can process the following data:

Personal name: your first name, inserts and last name;

Initials: the initials based on your first names;

Gender: male, female, gender neutral or undeclared;

Department: the department for which you work within your company;

Function: the function that you fulfill within your company;

Direct telephone number: a telephone number to which you can be contacted directly (* 1) ;

Direct mobile number: a mobile phone number to which you can be reached directly (* 1) ;

Direct e-mail address: an e-mail address where you can be contacted directly (* 1) .

4. DATA RETENTION

The statutory retention period for tax documents is 7 years.

JNC does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

JNC will only provide your data to third parties when this is necessary for the fulfilment of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
